A Voice in the Night Father’s Encouraging Word
Jun 04

One morning as I was in worship, I saw a procession of people walking up the aisle to the Throne of God, bringing gifts to the King of Kings.  They laid them at His feet, where they were picked up and borne away by attendants.  One person carried a box like a treasure chest.  There was a lady who had a small child on each hand as she brought them up to dedicate them to the Lord.  Then a single woman approached the throne and laid herself prostrate at His feet.

I saw Jesus get up off the throne, and He took her by the hand and began to dance with her.  There was a crowd of people watching who were swaying and clapping to the music.  Jesus twirled the lady around and spun her in the air, and then they both rose up into the air to dance with the angels.

The whole multitude began to come out onto the floor and dance with abandoned joy.  I saw falling stars, gems and sparkles raining down like confetti.  I glanced for a moment down to the Earth where there was chaos and war, but there was a party going on in Heaven.  There are plenty of apocalyptic symbols here, but the main point for me is that this is the dance of the Bride.
