It’s mind boggling to realize that not only do we come into this world with a kind of amnesia, having to gradually learn who we really are, but Jesus arrived the same way.  He gave up His Godhood, giving up all power and identity to be born just like one of us, to be restricted to this dimension we live in.  I compare it to our being restricted to a 2D drawing of a gnat.  Jesus did everything a normal baby does, and He had to learn by revelation, growing in wisdom and understanding to learn who He was, just as we do.  The cool thing is that when He went to the cross, He bought our identity for us, as well as the right to live from a higher dimension even now.

I believe I have come to the place where I’m more relaxed about what God is doing in my life and in the world, and where I fit into it.  I don’t have to feel so compelled to do something for fear of missing God or being left out, as I have felt  previously.  All I have to do is be obedient and listen, listen, listen.  So far I’ve proved to myself (He already knows) that I will do what He asks, even if it’s uncomfortable.

I may never be prominent or well-known, but if I’m not, then I can accept that it is not my particular assignment.  There are things I seek from the Lord and things I desire in Him that I’ll continue to ask for, but I know that if there are assignments for me to do, He will set it up.

As I was singing in the spirit with a group of believers last night, I saw a picture of a funnel.  All of our sound was being directed into the funnel, refined into a single tone, and then intensified and focused like a laser beam.  This became the sound of Heaven, a beam of power to go wherever the Lord directs it.

For the most part the Body of Christ has been scattered and separated from each other, hands over here, feet over there.  When we learn to put aside our differences and focus on our King and His kingdom the notes of our lives will join together in symphony.  As we sing the song of our Beloved we will become unified into the Bride of Christ with all the power we need to accomplish His will in the earth.

The other day I was declaring the Glory of God as I was praying, and as I was looking toward Heaven I sensed gold dust raining down as manna into my open mouth.  I am reminded of Ps. 81:10, “For it was I, the Lord your God, who rescued you from the land of Egypt.  Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it with good things.”

He is feeding us the manna of His Word, the manna of revelation, and the manna of signs and wonders.  We are to eat of it and to speak it out and declare His Kingdom and His Glory.
